SAPPHIRE 000 Rocol

SAPPHIRE 000 is a heavy duty, soft, semi fluid grease designed for the effective lubrication and protection of all types of ball, roller and plain bearings. Highly tenacious, it provides excellent protection against corrosion in humid, damp and even wet conditions. The revolutionary multi-complex soap technology provides outstanding load carrying capability and EP performance with a weld load of 620kg. Outstanding film strength ensures the lubricant remains in place, even in severe operating conditions. The product is highly resistant to oxidation and maintains its integrity in extreme working conditions, providing greatly extended lubrication intervals (up to 3 times longer than with conventional lubricants) and reducing equipment failure, downtime and product usage. Developed for use in centralised lubrication systems where long pipe runs are inevitable, SAPPHIRE 000 is approved for use in Interlube systems. The blue colour guarantees high visibility.

Application: Lubrication and protection of ball and roller bearings, gearboxes and other elements in docks, ports, construction, manufacturing, heavy industry and automotive applications.
