Delivery
Goods are delivered via a courier company or Polish Post within Poland. The courier usually delivers the shipment on the next business day.
Purchased goods are delivered to the address provided by the Customer during registration or the address specified in the order, along with the required proof of purchase.
For orders over 500 PLN net, delivery within Poland is free of charge!
For orders under 500 PLN net, the Customer bears the shipping cost. The shipping fee is added to the total value of the order placed at one time. Information about the shipping fee appears during the order placement process.
Personal collection can be made at the company's headquarters:
Chodakowska 53/57, room 6, 03-816 Warsaw, from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
*Personal collection of goods is only possible after making a purchase in the store, paying in advance, and receiving confirmation from the staff that the goods are ready for pickup.
