HelaGuard Corrugated Plastic Tubing. HG-SW Series with Standard Weight.

Corrugated plastic tubing made of PA6 synthetic material. It has high flexibility and resistance to aging, abrasion, impact, and crushing (quickly returns to its original shape). It is also resistant to solvents, oils, and UV radiation. HG corrugated tubes do not contain halogens (they are halogen-free), sulfur, or phosphorus, and stand out for their low smoke emission and low toxicity when burned. They are self-extinguishing according to UL94 V2 standard.

Application:
Standard plastic corrugated tubes are mainly used for machine construction, installations, control panels, as well as in public utility construction and other industrial applications. Suitable for use in the electronics industry.

Tips: 1. If the accessory has been used before, make sure the gap is set to ''ON''. To mount the end cap, slide it as far as possible onto the end of the tube without pushing it in and gently turn it. The end cap is now locked. 2. To remove the end cap, insert a small screwdriver into the gap. 3. Move the screwdriver handle to the ''OFF'' position. The outer nut will rotate slightly. The locking mechanism is now unlocked. 4. Remove the screwdriver. 5. Turn the outer nut manually to the ''OFF'' position. 6. Remove the end cap from the end of the tube.
