HelaGuard corrugated plastic tubes. HG-LW series, lightweight and thin-walled.

This corrugated plastic protective tube is made of PA6 synthetic material. It is lightweight, has a small bending radius, high flexibility, and is resistant to aging, impacts, and crushing (quickly returns to its original shape). It is also resistant to solvents, oils, and UV radiation. HG corrugated tubes do not contain halogens (they are halogen-free), sulfur, and phosphorus, and are characterized by low smoke emission and low toxicity when burned. They are self-extinguishing.

Applications:
Lightweight plastic corrugated tubes are mainly used in machine construction, installation and control panels, and in construction. Suitable for use in the electronics industry.

Tips: 1. If the accessories have been used before, make sure that the slot is set to the "ON" position. To install the end cap, slide it as far as possible onto the end of the tube without pressing it and gently twist it. The end cap is now locked. 2. To remove the end cap, insert a small screwdriver into the slot. 3. Move the screwdriver handle to the "OFF" position. The outer nut will rotate slightly. The locking mechanism is now unlocked. 4. Remove the screwdriver. 5. Turn the outer nut manually to the "OFF" position. 6. Remove the end cap from the end of the tube.
