HelaGuard corrugated plastic pipes. HG-HW series heavy-duty thick-walled non-metallic cable channels.

This corrugated protective pipe is made of PA6 plastic and has a high mechanical strength and resistance to abrasion and impact. It is also resistant to solvents, oils, and UV radiation. HG corrugated pipes are halogen-free and do not contain sulfur or phosphorus. They have low smoke emissions and low toxicity when burned, and are self-extinguishing according to UL94 V2 standard.

Applications:
Heavy-duty corrugated plastic pipes are mainly used in construction machinery, installations, public utility buildings, and anywhere where high mechanical resistance is required. They are suitable for use in the electronics industry.

Tips: 1. If the accessories have been used before, make sure the slot is set to "ON". To install the end cap, slide it as far as possible onto the end of the tube without pressing it and gently twist it. The end cap is now locked. 2. To remove the end cap, insert a small screwdriver into the slot. 3. Move the screwdriver handle to the "OFF" position. The outer nut will rotate slightly, and the locking mechanism will now be unlocked. 4. Remove the screwdriver. 5. Turn the nut manually to the "OFF" position. 6. Remove the end cap from the end of the tube.
