VB69 Anti-spatter Spray Varybond

VB69 is a protective agent designed for protecting welding nozzles of automatic and semiautomatic MIG and TIG welders against clinging arc spatter from the welding electrode. It eases the removal of slag and spatter beads from workpieces, saving both time and costs. Suitable for all metals, VB69 provides a long term anti-adherent effect on the treated surfaces, preventing the obstruction of the welding torch and increasing nozzle life. Additionally, it significantly reduces corrosion after the welding process. The product is flammable and non-staining, it contains no silicone.

Application: Protecting all automatic and semi-automatic welding equipment, welding robots, nozzles, torches, workpieces, fixtures and jigs from welding spatter.
