FLAWFINDER Kit Rocol

Rocol’s FLAWFINDER Kit is a non-destructive inspection system is designed to provide a fast, reliable method for visual detection of cracks or flaws in welded joints, castings, forgings, which would not normally be visible to the naked eye (bright red indication marks flaws and cracks). The kit contains 3 sprays: FLAWFINDER CLEANER 300ml, FLAWFINDER DEVELOPER 400ml and FLAWFINDER DYE PENETRANT 400ml, supplied in a convenient carry pack. Suitable for use on most materials including steel, stainless steel, aluminium, cast iron, ceramics, plastics, carbides, brass, copper and magnesium, the detection can be carried out both under electric and natural light. The aerosol cans have a multi-angle valve system which provides easy access to hard to reach areas.

Application: Non-destructive crack detection system for clearly highlighting cracks and defects during the inspection of welded joints, castings, forgings on many different materials. Suitable for pressure testing and leak detection.
