PR Spray Rocol

PR Spray is a high performance, silicone mould release agent, designed to give fast, efficient and clean release in critical moulding applications, particularly suitable for delicate and intricate parts. Suitable for use on all types of blow, injection, flow and compression moulding, as well as extrusion and glass fibre lay up work, it penetrates and spreads to all parts of the most intricate moulds, giving clean release with a glossy finish. The product helps overcome common difficulties encountered during setting, ensuring trouble-free start up and enabling high speed production, in temperatures of up to +200ºC. PR Spray gives a fine, controlled spray with complete coverage, reducing work time and product usage. The gloss finish is not suitable for painting or printing on the surface. The dry film alternative - MOULD RELEASE Spray - leaves a matt finish and is suitable to printing and painting on.

Application: Effective release of plastic and rubber moulded parts.
