ULTRACUT EVO 260 Rocol

ULTRACUT EVO 260 is a high performance, extreme pressure, soluble oil water mix cutting fluid, formulated to provide a long and predictable sump life. It provides superior performance in severe cutting operations on most ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including difficult to machine alloys. Inherently resistant to degradation, it also provides outstanding residual corrosion protection. The combination of EP performance and long sump life permits increased machining rates and true cost efficiency. The fluid provides optimum tool life and promotes excellent surface finish. The product rejects tramp oil and contains no biocides or skin sensitisers. Low-foaming, it’s pleasant and easy to use. ULTRACUT EVO 260 is ideal for individual and central cutting fluid systems. Recommended dilution is between 20:1 and 40:1, depending on the severity of the operation, workpiece material and water hardness.
