ULTRACUT EVO 280 Rocol

ULTRACUT EVO 280 is a high performance, water mix aluminium cutting fluid, formulated to provide a long and predictable sump life. It provides superior performance in medium and severe cutting operations when machining aluminium and its alloys. It is also suitable for other non-ferrous metals, such as copper and its alloys and all but the most difficult to machine ferrous metals, it doesn’t stain most aerospace and industrial alloys. Inherently resistant to degradation, it also provides outstanding residual corrosion protection. The fluid successfully prevents built-up edge, extends tool life and promotes excellent surface finish. The product rejects tramp oil and contains no biocides or skin sensitisers. Low-foaming, it’s pleasant and easy to use. ULTRACUT EVO 280 is ideal for individual and central cutting fluid systems. Recommended dilution is between 15:1 and 25:1, depending on the severity of the operation, workpiece material and water hardness.

Application: Medium to severe cutting operations on aluminium and its alloys.
