V-cut SS Rocol

V-cut SS is a semi-synthetic, water mix dual purpose cutting and grinding fluid, designed to give excellent performance for all general purpose cutting and grinding operations on both ferrous and non ferrous materials. The fluid provides a prolonged and predictable sump life. Ideal for use on most metals, especially low to medium carbon steels, V-cut SS forms a translucent emulsion that provides a clear view of the work piece. Rocol’s V-cut technology is suitable for a wide range of metal working operations including turning, milling, grinding and drilling. Designed with the users safety in mind, the V-cut range of cutting fluids, hydraulic oils and slideway lubricant is safe and pleasant to use, with minimal hazards. The recommended dilution for V-cut SS is between 35:1 and 50:1 for cutting and between 35:1 and 65:1 for grinding.
