Adhesives
Silicone adhesives
Silicone adhesives are an enormously wide range of products, commonly used in manufacturing, service, maintenance and other industrial applications. Products of this type are distinguished by resistance to various chemicals and high temperatures. Their advantages include durability, high bond strength and favourable pricing. These adhesives are based on silicone rubber, which ensures excellent adhesion of the final product, even without using any priming agents. Extremely durable, this type of adhesive can be used in areas subject to vibrations and strong temperature changes. Thanks to its resistance, the silicone will not lose its quality, retaining its original properties. The standard silicone adhesive is said to be able to withstand temperatures up to +150ºC. However, there are products suitable for use in much higher temperatures. In the Skład Techniczny store, you can find silicone adhesives with special additives that work even at +250ºC without any problems.
Durable and strong industrial adhesives
One product worth recommending is the transparent silicone adhesive ELASTOSIL E43. It is designed for use everywhere the adhesive should remain invisible, either for aesthetic reasons or to allow visual inspection. The silicone rubber cures at room temperature after application, forming a high-strength, flexible bond. Such industry-grade silicone adhesives are extremely popular due to their versatility. Suitable for use on components exposed to vibrations and elevated temperatures, they provide reliable bonding and protection of the surfaces. For use in extreme conditions, we recommend heat-resistant ELASTOSIL E14, which can withstand temperatures of up to +270ºC. This resistance is a result of the special iron oxide additive. The industrial adhesives available in our store have a wide range of applications and are useful in many industries.
Cyanoacrylate and methacrylate adhesives
We also offer specialised Varybond products, including a wide range of cyanoacrylate adhesives, with varying degrees of viscosity and different drying speed. These adhesives are used for a wide range of applications, including bonding plastics and rubber materials, filling gaps and bonding materials with different coefficients of expansibility. We also recommend anaerobic adhesives. We offer high-strength anaerobic adhesives, ideal for fixing coaxial parts, as well as lower-strength products, which allow subsequent disassembly. Additionally, we also offer low-viscosity methacrylate adhesives, which are primarily used to secure threaded joints, and spray adhesives designed for bonding large surfaces.
