According to the Act of May 30, 2014, "On Consumer Rights" (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827), the Customer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason by submitting a written declaration within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
In case of deciding to withdraw from the contract, the Customer should return the properly packed goods without delay, no later than 14 days from the moment of submitting the withdrawal declaration. The return shipping costs are covered by the Customer.
The store does not accept any parcels sent with cash on delivery.
Returns are only allowed for unused goods (without any signs of use) and in their original packaging, if the goods were sold in packaging. The goods cannot be returned if the Customer has removed or otherwise damaged the packaging.
If all the above return conditions are met, a refund of the price of the returned goods (shipping costs are non-refundable) will be made promptly by transferring the amount to the Customer's specified account.
