The Wide Strap clamp with welded stud mounting has the following features:
• Parallel routing of cables, wires, and hoses with a defined distance between them
• Reusable zip closure
• High flexibility due to the reduced cross-section of the clamp
• Possibility of aesthetic separation of electrical and pneumatic or hydraulic installations
• Very good fastening on a 6.35 mm bolt while maintaining low force needed for manual insertion of the fastening element
• Folded end of the tape facilitating quick threading
• Application range from 6 mm to 58 mm bundle diameter
The Wide Strip mounting clamp is designed for parallel bundling and guiding of cable and hose bundles, especially those with high weight, in the production of heavy-duty trucks, rail vehicles, and ships. The fastening element is mounted by lightly pressing it onto a 6 mm welded stud.
