SolidTack® self-adhesive elements have been specifically developed for difficult surfaces where drilling holes, welding studs or using edge fastening such as EgdeClip is not possible, or where permissible installation methods are too time-consuming and costly. These types of elements have very high adhesion to painted surfaces. The adhesive tape is made of acrylic mass with good initial adhesion. Thanks to such properties of the tape, it can be used for plastics with low surface energy such as PP and PE, where standard adhesives fail. Three different sizes of bases for straps and two sizes of holders for mounting flat and round wires without using straps are available. Such elements are intended for painted surfaces commonly found in the railway, aviation and automotive industries. They can also be used for housings, covers and other plastic elements.
