Product Details

Relilight Gel Cable Joints with RELICON silicone-based gel provide insulation, sealing, and mechanical protection for cables and wires, reducing installation time and overall costs. Depending on the type of connector, they can be used for simple or branched connections. They are distinguished by their resistance to aging, weather conditions, temperatures up to +130°C, and UV radiation. Easy to install, they can be reopened and have an unlimited storage time. The set includes a two-piece, flame-retardant coating formed in accordance with UL94 V0, filled with non-toxic RELICON gel, a 6 x 0.5mm² to 6 x 1.5mm² connector block, screws, a strain relief adapter, and assembly instructions. The strain relief is integrated into the coating. Tested in accordance with EN 60998-2-1:2004, the joints provide IP68 protection.

Applications: Joining PVC, XLPE, PE, and EPR polymer cables and wires. As simple and branched connections in cable channels in lighting installations, particularly LED lighting, underground, underwater, inside and outside.
