Mounting bases for SBH and SBF are installed on pins by hammering (hard-push assembly). On the other hand, the CTM base allows for manual insertion (soft-push assembly). Unlike other types of bases, SBH2 has a 90-degree twisted cable tie entry. While SB bases require the use of a cable tie to secure the wire, SBF2 holders have their own clamp to secure the wires. Mounting elements are used in the automotive industry and in the construction of machines, as well as in other industries where drilling holes is not permissible or where mounting with welded pins is an economically advantageous alternative.
