SPRAYFLON 200ml Cramolin lubricant.

A highly effective dry lubricant based on Teflon (PTFE - polytetrafluoroethylene). Provides grease-free lubrication and prevents sticking. Creates a smooth, transparent coating with excellent non-stick properties. Suitable for common materials such as plastics, glass, metal, wood, and others. SPRAYFLON maintains its properties over a wide temperature range from -100°C to +260°C. It provides electrical insulation, is resistant to almost all chemicals, and ensures clean operation. It offers an alternative to mineral oils when clean, colorless, and grease-free lubricants are required.

Application: Used where grease-free or oil-free preparations are required. Suitable for electrical engineering as a lubricant in wiring or as a dry coating for electromechanical parts. It has high adhesion and prevents sticking to molds in the production of plastic and rubber parts. It is recommended for removing mixtures of acrylic, nylon, epoxy, polyurethane, polypropylene, polystyrene, and rubber. It lubricates surfaces that remain in motion very well. It reduces friction and load on cooperating parts in industries such as electronics, electromechanics, furniture, textiles, paper, automotive, plastics, and rubber. A surface coated with SPRAYFLON gains properties characteristic of Teflon: it repels water, completely dries, does not stain, does not grease, is non-conductive, and non-flammable after solvent evaporation.
Instructions for Use: Shake well before use. Spray from a distance of 30cm. Surfaces should be dry and free from grease and dust.
