FOODLUBE Extreme Rocol

FOODLUBE Extreme is a multi-purpose, non-toxic, water resistant, food grade organo-clay thickened grease, designed for a wide range of applications in the food, pharmaceutical and other clean industries. The adhesive, non-melting formula offers effective lubrication, extreme water wash off resistance and corrosion protection, even in wet conditions and applications such as dairies, meat processing and abattoirs where frequent wash-downs are common. The product contains an antimicrobial additive to prevent deterioration, fouling and odour caused by microorganisms. The grease significantly reduces frictional heat and wear, extending component life. Excellent oxidation stability greatly extends the life of the grease, reducing re-lubrication frequency and product usage, while the EP additive package guarantees outstanding performance even at high loads up to 500kg. The DETEX technology metal detectable cap on grease cartridge reduces risk of plastic contamination. FOODLUBE Extreme is manufactured from only FDA listed ingredients and does not contain mineral hydrocarbons, animal derived materials, nut oils or genetically modified ingredients and is MOSH/MOAH-free.

Application: Lubrication of ball, roller, plain and linear bearings, as well as slides, bushes and conveyors.
