SAPPHIRE Premier Rocol

SAPPHIRE Premier is a multi-purpose high performance bearing grease designed for the effective lubrication and protection of all types of ball, roller and plain bearings. Fortified with PTFE, it’s suitable for an extensive range of applications, including ones operating at high speed and extreme temperatures. The lubricant’s high temperature resistance ensures adequate protection of components, even on equipment working constantly in extreme sub-zero conditions. The lithium complex soap technology with EP additives provides outstanding load carrying capability performance. Highly tenacious, the lubricant provides excellent protection against corrosion in humid, damp and even wet conditions. It can also be used as an electrical contact grease, preventing wear on electrical contacts and switchgear to enhance performance. The fully synthetic base oil leaves minimal residue and guarantees long life even at elevated temperatures. PTFE has an extremely low coefficient of friction and its addition reduces stick-slip on start up, ensuring a smooth controlled movement. The product is highly resistant to oxidation, providing greatly extended lubrication intervals and reducing equipment failure, downtime and product usage. SAPPHIRE Premier is proven to not inhibit paint wetting with solvent based and water based paint: tested to VDMA 24364 Test Class S. This means it is approved for use in paint shops and coating lines across industry and is especially useful within the automotive assembly and manufacturing sector.

Application: Lubrication of ball, roller, plain and linear bearings in industrial applications such as steelworks, water treatment, quarries, mining, marine, docks, agriculture, construction, textile and brick and tile works.
