SAPPHIRE UNILUBE Rocol

SAPPHIRE UNILUBE is a gas generated, disposable, automatic lubricator, containing 125ml of the high performance SAPPHIRE Advance 2 lubricant, which can be set to dispense over a period set between 1-12 months. It is especially suitable in hard to access areas and can be mounted remotely using up to 1 metre tubing and is IP68 rated and ATEX certified. Transparent housing makes it easy to monitor lubricant levels. SAPPHIRE 2 Advance is a high performance, multi-purpose grease designed for the effective lubrication and protection of all types of ball, roller and plain bearings. Fortified with PTFE, it’s suitable for an extensive range of applications, particularly ones operating at high speeds, such as electric motors and fan bearings. The lithium complex soap technology with EP additives provides outstanding load carrying capability and EP performance with a weld load of 560kg. Highly tenacious, it provides excellent protection against corrosion in humid, damp and even wet conditions. Outstanding film strength ensures the lubricant remains in place, even in severe operating conditions. PTFE has an extremely low coefficient of friction and its addition reduces stick-slip on start up, ensuring a smooth controlled movement. The product is highly resistant to oxidation and maintains its integrity in extreme working conditions, providing greatly extended lubrication intervals (up to 3 times longer than with conventional lubricants) and reducing equipment failure, downtime and product usage.

Application: Lubrication and protection of ball, roller, linear, motor, fan and wheel bearings, conveyors, robots and palletisers in docks, ports, manufacturing, heavy industry and automotive and rail applications.
