Medium-walled tubes have been developed for securing cable joints and terminations in low-voltage applications. These tubes are characterized by particularly good resistance to mechanical damage. The MA47 version is internally coated with a thermoplastic adhesive which, when shrunk, melts and provides additional protection against moisture and external environmental influences. Insulation and protection of low-voltage cable joints and terminations, especially those laid underground.
