SAPPHIRE Hi-Power 46 Rocol

SAPPHIRE Hi-Power is a line of high performance hydraulic, compressor and airline oils, designed to maximise power transfer whilst lubricating and dissipating heat to protect machinery and extend equipment life. The anti-wear additives in SAPPHIRE Hi-Power dramatically reduce wear to extend component life. Preventing wear such as scratching of hydraulic cylinders also greatly improves the efficiency of the whole system. A low carry-over system maximises air and oil separation and reduces foaming, ensuring clean air and efficient power transfer. SAPPHIRE Hi-Power oils contain a special anti-oxidant additive package that ensures high thermal stability and prevents chemical degradation of the oil, providing longer fluid life. Zinc-free, they have good filterability and provide outstanding protection from corrosion and water damage. Thanks to minimal deposit, sludge and varnish formations, blockages within filters and pumps are avoided and the re-lubrication frequency and product usage is reduced. Compatible with most elastomers, gaskets and seals, the oils avoid damage by shrinkage or swelling. SAPPHIRE Hi-Power oils contain a blue dye to help easily identify any problematic leaks. The products are available in viscosity grades of ISO VG 32, 46, 68 and 100, to suit all pneumatic and hydraulic applications. The oils are ideal for use in pneumatic oil lubricator bottles.
