Rivets are designed for quick, screwless installation. TY3P1 and TY8P1 rivets have a pin that is inserted into the rivet using the appropriate tool. TY8P2 has a mushroom-shaped pin that allows it to be hammered in. They are used wherever fast installation and low weight of the rivets are important, for example in serial production or in the equipment of switchgear and control panels.
