Rivets are designed for quick, screwless installation. TY3P1 and TY8P1 rivets have a peg that is pressed into the rivet using the appropriate tool. TY8P2 has a mushroom-shaped peg that allows it to be hammered in. They are used wherever installation speed and the lightweight of the rivets are important, for example in mass production or in equipping switchgear and control panels.
