HelaGuard corrugated plastic pipes. HG-LW series, thin-walled and lightweight.
Made of PA6 plastic, these corrugated protective pipes are lightweight, have a small bending radius, high flexibility, and resistance to aging, impacts, and crushing (quickly returning to their original shape). They are also resistant to solvents, oils, and UV radiation. HG corrugated pipes do not contain halogens, sulfur, or phosphorus, and are characterized by low smoke emissions and low toxicity during combustion. They are self-extinguishing.
Applications:
Lightweight plastic corrugated pipes are mainly used in machine construction, installations, control panels, and construction. They are suitable for use in the electronics industry.
Technical data:
Color: black (BK)
Material: polyamide 6 (PA6)
IP protection class: IP66 (when combined with HG accessories)
EN 61386: 24244066-110
Operating temperature: -40°C to +120°C. Operating temperature (in motion): -20°C to +100°C
Halogen-free: yes
Certificates/approvals: IEC 61386, UL-Recognized
Material flammability: self-extinguishing according to EN IEC 61386
Tips: 1. If the accessory was used before, make sure the gap is set to "ON". To mount the cap, slide it as far as possible onto the end of the pipe without pressing it and gently twist it. The cap is now locked. 2. To remove the cap, insert a small screwdriver into the gap. 3. Move the screwdriver handle to "OFF". The outer nut will rotate slightly. The locking mechanism is now unlocked. 4. Remove the screwdriver. 5. Turn the outer nut manually to the "OFF" position. 6. Remove the cap from the end of the pipe.
