FOODLUBE Premier 1 Shuttle Cartridge Rocol

FOODLUBE Premier 1 is a soft, white, non-toxic food grade grease reinforced with PTFE, designed for use in food, pharmaceutical and other clean environments, particularly high speed and temperature applications. It also serves as an effective all round lubricant, providing excellent water wash off resistance and corrosion protection. Thanks to high load carrying and anti-wear properties, the grease significantly extends bearing life. The excellent oxidation stability of the formula allows for longer relubrication intervals and a reduction in product usage. It exhibits excellent EP performance wth a 4-ball weld load of 315kg. Improved pumpability makes it particularly suitable for applications where long pipe runs or small bore tubing is present. The DETEX technology metal detectable cap on the grease cartridge reduces risk of plastic contamination. FOODLUBE Premier 1 is manufactured from only FDA listed ingredients and does not contain mineral hydrocarbons, animal derived materials, nut oils or genetically modified ingredients, and is MOSH/MOAH-free.

Application: Effective lubrication of ball, roller, plain and linear bearings, slides, bushes, conveyors, as well as electric motor bearings and bearings running at high speed.
