FOODLUBE MultiPaste Spray Rocol

FOODLUBE MultiPaste Spray is a multi-purpose, non-toxic, adhesive, anti-seize lubricating paste in aerosol form, designed for use in food, pharmaceutical snd other clean environments. The product prevents galling, pick-up and seizure on assembly, extending the service life of moving parts. It is also suitable for use as a food grade drilling, tapping and cutting lubricant, particularly when maintenance has to be carried out in the process area. Extremely tenacious, it’s highly resistant to water wash out, making it perfect for use in harsh and wet, dirty and corrosive operating environments, including those subject to frequent chemical cleaning. Extremely low chlorine and sulphur levels make the paste ideal for use on stainless steel fasteners, as well as components made of aluminium and its alloys. It provides excellent temperature resistance of -30°C to +450°C. The product only requires a thin film for maximum performance, saving both money and time. The plastic aerosol caps and actuators are detectable by x-ray and most metal detection equipment (equivalent sphere size >3.0mm), reducing the risk of plastic contamination. FOODLUBE MultiPaste Spray is manufactured from only FDA listed ingredients and does not contain mineral hydrocarbons, animal derived materials, nut oils or genetically modified ingredients, and is MOSH/MOAH-free. The product is also available in paste form, as FOODLUBE MultiPaste.

Application: Assembly and lubrication of open gears, lead screws, threads, bushes, slides and fasteners. Suitable for use as a food grade drilling, tapping and cutting lubricant.
