Cable ties made of polyamide 6.6 with added metal particles, equipped with an RFID transponder, resistant to harsh working conditions and cleaning processes. Thanks to the metal particles, even small parts of the tie are magnetically detectable. Depending on the application, the ties can also be detected using X-rays. Proximity, contactless data transmission ensures faster data management than paper documentation, and unique numbering ensures unambiguous identification of resources. Multiple writing is possible.
Application: Securing, monitoring and identifying products, e.g. in the food or pharmaceutical industry, to support quality control processes.
