RAPIDSEAL Rocol

RAPIDSEAL is a fluorescent yellow compound, used as a rapid curing thread sealant on industrial metal pipework (inlacing stainless steel). Designed for registered gas installers, it is suitable for use with natural gas and LPG pipework (conforms to EN751-1). The product eliminates vibration induced loosening, replacing traditional paste/hemp combinations and minimising downtime in breakdown and repair situations. RAPIDSEAL is approved for use in and around food processing areas, as well as in contact with drinking water. It’s supplied in a convenient precision applicator which minimises waste, whilst its thixotropic nature reduces drips during application.

Application: Sealing pipework with air, water (including potable), steam (up to 2 bar), natural gas, LPG, petrol, diesel, fuel oils, mineral oils, vegetable oils, alcohol and refrigerant gases.
