METAL REPAIR Compound Rocol

METAL REPAIR Compound is a steel reinforced epoxy putty with non-rusting metallic fillers, designed for use as a fast, solvent-free, permanent repair compound for items manufactured from ferrous metals, aluminium and other metallic substrates. Simple and convenient to use, it bonds to a wide range of substrates, including metal, glass, ceramic, concrete, fibreglass and wood, and is perfect for filling cracks and holes. It eliminates the need for welding and brazing, and can be applied underwater. METAL REPAIR Compound is not intended for structural repair. The formula is resistant to hydrocarbons, ketones, alcohols, esters, halocarbons, aqueous salt solutions, dilute acids and caustics, and is suitable tor continuous use in temperatures up to +120ºC (+150ºC for intermittent use). The compound holds in 4-10 minutes and is usable after 1 hour, with a full cure after 24 hours.

Application: Repairing castings, valve and pump components, shafts, keyways, bearings, pipes, flanges, tanks, housings and any cracked, broken or worn equipment.
