Application:

This type of label has been specifically developed for marking transport vehicles. The silver label, combined with a suitable protective laminate, ensures high durability when used outdoors. The internal label is protected against tampering. Any attempt to remove the label causes visible, irreversible damage to the silver coating, making all tampering attempts immediately visible. Nameplates made from the 951A label set and the protective 951B transparent laminate meet the requirements of the German Federal Motor Transport Authority (KBA). The labels are supplied on rolls with appropriately sized protective laminates.

We recommend using the Tagprint Pro software in conjunction with the TT4000+ and TT420+ printers for convenient design and printing of markings. The recommended ink ribbon for this material, providing suitable chemical and mechanical resistance for the print, is the TT822OUT.

Properties:

Particularly recommended for the production of tamper-evident nameplates operating under difficult conditions, such as the automotive industry. Recommended for use on flat surfaces of vehicle frames as a replacement for conventional aluminum plates. The transparent laminate protects the label from dirt and mechanical damage.
