The HelaTape Power 900 high voltage tape is made of ethylene propylene rubber with excellent electrical, chemical, mechanical, and thermal properties. The tape quickly vulcanizes into a uniform mass, providing a hermetic layer of electrical insulation. It is designed for insulation and wrapping of high voltage cables up to 138 kV, as well as for cable and line terminations up to 35 kV. HelaTape Power 900 offers excellent resistance to chemical compounds, good ozone resistance, UV radiation, corona discharges, and corrosion, and is stable in reaction with other insulation coatings.
