MCT bands were developed in collaboration with well-known, international food product manufacturers to reduce production contamination from plastic pieces. MCT bands are made from a special blend of polyamide with the addition of metallic pigment. This metal additive allows the entire band and its pieces to be detected by a magnetic sensor.
