MCT bands were developed in collaboration with well-known, international food product manufacturers to reduce production contamination from plastic pieces. MCT bands are made from a special blend of polyamide with the addition of metallic pigment. This metal additive allows the entire band and its pieces to be detected by a magnetic sensor. This is particularly important when using the HACCP system in production processes. The unique blue color enables quick and easy detection of contamination during optical inspection. Bands with a metal additive have been specifically developed for use in production processes in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries. The band is excellent for sealing transport containers and bags, as well as for use in piping and cable installations in production machines intended for these industries.
