MCT bands have been developed in collaboration with well-known international food product manufacturers to reduce production pollution from plastic pieces. MCTs are made from a special polyamide blend with the addition of a metal pigment. This metal additive allows detection by a magnetic sensor of both the entire band and its fragments. This is particularly important when using the HACCP system in production processes. The unique blue color allows for quick and easy detection of contamination during optical inspection. Metal-enhanced bands have been specifically developed for use in production processes in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries. The band is excellent for closing transport containers and bags, as well as for use in piping and cable installations in production machines for these industries.
