MCT bands were developed in collaboration with well-known, international food producers to reduce production pollution caused by plastic pieces. MCT bands are made of a special polyamide blend with the addition of a metallic pigment. This metal additive allows for detection by a magnetic sensor of both the entire band and its fragments. This is particularly important when using the HACCP system in production processes. The unique blue color enables quick and easy detection in case of optical inspection. Metal additive bands have been specially developed for use in production processes in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries. The bands are excellent for sealing transport containers and bags, as well as for use in installations of pipes and cables in production machines for these industries.
