MCT bands were developed in collaboration with well-known international food product manufacturers to reduce production pollution with pieces of plastic. MCTs are made from a special polyamide blend with the addition of a metallic pigment. This metal additive enables detection by a magnetic sensor of both the entire band and its pieces. This is particularly important when using the HACCP system in production processes. The unique blue color allows for quick and easy detection of contamination during optical inspection. Metal-enhanced bands were specifically designed for use in production processes in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries. The band works excellently as a closure for transport containers and bags. Additionally, they are used in pipe and cable installations in production machinery for these industries.
