ULTRACUT 225 HW Rocol

ULTRACUT 255 HW is an extreme pressure, medium duty, soluble oil water mix cutting fluid, formulated to provide a long and predictable sump life in hard water conditions (above 250ppm). Suitable for a use on most ferrous and non-ferrous metals, the fluid extends tool life and promotes excellent surface finish. Inherently resistant to degradation, it also provides outstanding residual corrosion protection. The combination of EP performance and long sump life permits increased machining rates and true cost efficiency. The emulsion is stable in all normal and hard water conditions, it rejects tramp oil and contains no biocides or skin sensitisers. Low-foaming, it’s pleasant and easy to use. ULTRACUT 255 HW is ideal for individual and central cutting fluid systems. Recommended dilution is between 15:1 and 35:1, depending on the severity of the operation, workpiece material and water hardness.

Application: Medium to severe cutting operations on a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
