V-cut EP Rocol

V-cut EP is an extreme pressure, water mix cutting fluid, designed for various medium to heavy duty cutting operations on both ferrous and non ferrous materials. It contains extreme pressure additives for easy and effective machining of harder materials, including hardened steels and similar tough alloys. A blend of anti-wear additives successfully prolong tool life and enable faster machining rates, saving costs on expensive tooling. The fluid provides a prolonged and predictable sump life. Rocol’s V-cut technology is suitable for a wide range of metal working operations including turning, milling, grinding and drilling. Designed with the users safety in mind, the V-cut range of cutting fluids, hydraulic oils and slideway lubricant is safe and pleasant to use, with minimal hazards. The recommended dilution for V-cut EP is between 20:1 and 35:1.
