ULTRACUT 320 Rocol

ULTRACUT 320 is an extreme pressure semi-synthetic water mix cutting fluid, formulated to provide a long and predictable sump life. It provides extra performance in medium and severe cutting operations on a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It can also be used for grinding operations. The combination of EP performance and long sump life permits increased machining rates and true cost efficiency. Inherently resistant to degradation, it inhibits corrosion and staining. The fluid successfully emulsifies tramp oil, extends tool life and promotes excellent surface finish. The semi-translucent blue emulsion gives good view of the work piece. ULTRACUT 320 resists foaming, it’s pleasant and easy to use. Recommended dilution is between 20:1 and 40:1 for cutting and between 40:1 and 60:1 for grinding, depending on the severity of the operation, workpiece material and water hardness.

Application: Medium to severe cutting and grinding operations on a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
