MOULD RELEASE Spray is a high performance, long lasting PTFE spray, designed to give fast, efficient and clean release with faithful reproduction of even the most complex moulds. The spray is suitable for use on all plastic and rubber mould tools, including injection, compression and blow mouldings. Perfect for mouldings, extrusions and glass fibre lay up work, the spray penetrates and spreads to all parts of intricate moulds, ensuring trouble-free start up and enabling high speed production. The thin silicone-free film is non-staining and does not transfer to the product, affect profiles or interfere with precision fits, guaranteeing no blemishes or adverse effect on finishing operations. The product is suitable for temperatures of up to +270ºC. A dry matt finish makes it ideal for over painting or printing on. If you’re looking for a glossy finish, we recommend Rocol’s PR Spray.
