ULTRACUT 390H Rocol

ULTRACUT 390H is a high quality semi-synthetic, general purpose water mix cutting fluid, formulated to provide a long and predictable sump life in medium duty cutting operations on a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Inherently resistant to degradation, it contains refined mineral oils and has a unique corrosion inhibition package. Compatible with both hard and soft water, the fluid provides excellent residual corrosion protection. The translucent, fluorescent green microemulsion provides a clear view of the work piece. The fluid successfully emulsifies tramp oil and extends tool life. Low foaming, ULTRACUT 390H is pleasant and easy to use. Recommended dilution is between 30:1 and 40:1, depending on the severity of the operation, workpiece material and water hardness.
