ULTRACUT EVO 255 Rocol

ULTRACUT EVO 255 is an extreme pressure, soluble oil water mix cutting fluid, formulated to provide a long and predictable sump life. Suitable for a medium/severe cutting operations on most ferrous and non-ferrous metals, the fluid extends tool life and promotes excellent surface finish. Inherently resistant to degradation, it also provides outstanding residual corrosion protection. The combination of EP performance and long sump life permits increased machining rates and true cost efficiency. The product rejects tramp oil and contains no biocides or skin sensitisers. Low-foaming, it’s pleasant and easy to use. ULTRACUT EVO 255 is ideal for individual and central cutting fluid systems. Recommended dilution is between 20:1 and 40:1, depending on the severity of the operation, workpiece material and water hardness.
