MBT bands feature a patented ball lock system that allows the band to be locked in any position along its entire length. They are available in both 316 and 304 stainless steel versions. MBT bands are typically used in challenging conditions or where special chemical resistance, fire resistance, temperature resistance or high tensile strength is required. They are used in all branches of industry, from mass transportation and shipbuilding to refining and mining, and even in exhibition installations. Metal bands are also used to secure cables and wires to prevent them from falling and blocking evacuation routes in case of fire.
