Non-halogen, non-flammable MBT cable ties. Made of 316 stainless steel with a ball-lock mechanism, they have a special polyester coating that provides protection against contact corrosion and ensures smoother edges. Thanks to their high chemical resistance and tensile strength, the ties guarantee durable and secure fastening, as well as high comfort of use and installation, even in difficult conditions. Thanks to their fire resistance and low emission of toxic gases, in case of fire, the wires remain attached to the substrate and do not fall, blocking access to evacuation exits. The special lock mechanism prevents the tie from opening, increasing safety. To mount the tie on a rigid material, it is recommended to use an LFPC protective profile. Application: Tying and fastening elements in difficult conditions and in places where special chemical resistance, fire resistance, temperature resistance, and high tensile strength are required.
