Product Details
Non-halogenated, non-flammable MBT cable ties with double locking loop allow for a two-time wrap around the bundle, providing high tensile strength fastening. Made of 316 stainless steel with a ball-lock mechanism, they have a special polyester coating that provides protection against contact corrosion. They have excellent resistance to chemicals and high temperature. Due to their low emission of toxic gases, in case of fire, the wires remain attached to the substrate and will not fall, blocking access to evacuation exits. A special lock mechanism prevents the tie from opening, increasing safety. To mount the tie on a stiff material object, it is recommended to use a protective LFPC profile. Application: Binding and fastening elements in difficult conditions and in places where chemical resistance, fire and temperature resistance, and high tensile strength are important.
