Description
Product Details
Halogen-free, non-flammable MBT cable ties. Made of 316 stainless steel with a ball-lock mechanism, they have a special polyester coating that protects against contact corrosion and provides smoother edges. Thanks to their high chemical resistance and tensile strength, the ties guarantee a durable and secure attachment, as well as high user comfort and easy installation, even in challenging conditions. With fire resistance and low toxic gas emissions, in case of fire, the cables remain attached to the substrate and do not fall, blocking access to evacuation exits. A special lock mechanism prevents the tie from opening, increasing safety. To mount the tie on a rigid material, the use of LFPC protective profile is recommended.
Applications: Tying and securing elements in challenging conditions and places where chemical resistance, fire and temperature resistance, and high tensile strength are crucial.
