Product Details

The MBT double-loop non-halogen, non-flammable cable ties allow for twice the wrapping around a bundle, providing strong tensile strength. Made of 316 stainless steel with a ball-lock mechanism, they have a special polyester coating that provides protection against contact corrosion. They have excellent resistance to chemicals and high temperatures. Thanks to their low emission of toxic gases, in the event of a fire, the cables remain attached to the substrate and will not fall, blocking access to emergency exits. The special locking mechanism prevents the tie from opening, increasing safety. To mount the tie on a rigid object, it is recommended to use the LFPC protective profile.

Applications: Binding and securing elements in difficult conditions and places where chemical resistance, fire and temperature resistance, and high tensile strength are important.
