Product Details

Halogen-free, flame-retardant MBT cable ties with a double-locking mechanism allow for double wrapping around a bundle, providing high tensile strength fastening. Made of type 316 stainless steel with a ball-lock mechanism, they have a special polyester coating that provides protection against contact corrosion. They have excellent resistance to chemicals and high temperatures. Due to low toxic gas emissions, in the event of a fire, the cables remain attached to the substrate and do not fall, blocking access to evacuation exits. The special locking mechanism prevents the tie from opening, increasing safety. To mount the tie on a rigid object, it is recommended to use an LFPC protective profile.

Application: Fastening and securing elements in difficult conditions and places where chemical resistance, fire and temperature resistance, and high tensile strength are critical.
