Product Details

Non-halogenated, non-flammable MBT cable ties with double locking provide twice the wrapping around the bundle, ensuring high tensile strength fastening. Made of 316 stainless steel with a ball lock, they have a special polyester coating that provides protection against contact corrosion. They have excellent resistance to chemicals and high temperatures. Due to low emission of toxic gases, in case of fire, the wires remain attached to the substrate and do not fall, blocking access to the evacuation exits. The special lock mechanism prevents the tie from opening, increasing safety. To mount the tie on a rigid material, it is recommended to use the LFPC protective profile. Application: Binding and fastening elements in difficult conditions and places where chemical resistance, fire and temperature resistance, and high tensile strength are important.
